Chrome layer

State the chrome layer requirements and any relevant acceptance limits. Confirm coating scope, measurement method and the relationship to finished diameter with the order specification.
Surface roughness

State the required surface roughness and the surface to be measured. If the drawing includes a measurement method, sampling length or acceptance limit, include it with the enquiry for confirmation.
End details

Cutting, turning, drilling, tapping, chamfering and end machining can be specified. Include threads, shoulders, holes and the current drawing revision so finished dimensions remain clear.

Request an MTC or EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate with the inquiry when required. Confirm document scope and traceability alongside dimensional, roughness, hardness and chrome-thickness checks.
Packing requirements
